Participants at the workshop on ENDIAMA’s Strategic Plan 2026–2030, organised by ENDIAMA’s Strategic Planning, Investment and New Business Directorate, considered the initiative a success. It brought together directors, senior staff and specialists from the strategic planning consultancy sector to discuss the document, which sets out a new vision and the company’s five fundamental pillars.

The Director of the Angola Diamond Laboratory, Silva Ginga, said that the institution he heads contributed some ideas, particularly regarding what he considers to be the main strategy: the diversification of the economic base, with the training of staff to serve the sub-sector increasingly and more effectively. He emphasised that the Angola Diamond Laboratory is fully equipped to adapt to the strategy devised for the current context.

For Jaimara Marques, Director of Geoangol, the experience was interesting and quite challenging, as it allowed her once again to appreciate the alignment between ENDIAMA and its subsidiaries for the next five years.

José Ramos, ENDIAMA’s representative in Dundo, Lunda Norte, praised the idea of involving all stakeholders in the process to reflect on the company’s future and its prospects.

In closing, Alcides Escrivão, Director of Strategic Planning, Investment and New Business, thanked all participants for their attendance and involvement.

After three days of discussions, the participants took part in a number of more relaxed activities in the garden of the Intercontinental, in Miramar, during a team-building session that marked the end of the activities, featuring construction exercises, drones, competitions and collaboration, amongst other things.
