Angola International Mining Conference (AIMC-2025) will take place in Luanda from October 21 to 23, and will be attended by various players in the sector, including government entities, specialists, mining operators, representatives of Sankofa Eventos and Bumbar Mining.
The event’s pre-launch ceremony took place on Wednesday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, and was led by the Secretary of State for Mineral Resources, Jânio Corrêa Victor.
The activity was attended by the executive director of ENDIAMA-E.P, Ana Maria Feijó, the chairmen of the boards of the National Agency for Mineral Resources, Jacinto Rocha, and SODIAM-E.P, Bravo da Rosa.
AIMC is part of the Angolan Executive’s strategy set out in the National Development Plan (PDN 2023-2027), aimed at promoting the development of national mining activity and contributing to the country’s economic diversification.
