Lunda-Norte Governor, Ernesto Muangala expressed satisfaction on Tuesday, April 26th with the inauguration of Chissema that until recently had been an artisanal diamonds cooperative, then evolved to a semi-industrial enterprise and, today, became a mining Society.
The Governor appealed to other cooperatives to follow the Chissema example and become mining societies able to help settling various social problems, mainly, the employment for the local youth.
Muangala further expressed his satisfaction with the considerable number of young people from the municipalities of Lubalo Cuango Xa-muteba and Capenda Camulemaba that found their first jobs in Chissema.
