Minister of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, Diamantino Azevedo, has visited Thursday the construction works of the Angolan Gold Refinery, to evaluate the level of execution of the works that have started in September last year.

According to the Minister the physical execution of the works is in a good rhythm, but the concern at the moment is related to the training of specialized technicians that will guarantee the quality of the services to be developed inside the refinery.

The laying of the first stone for the construction of the Angolan Gold Refinery took place in June 2022, in the Viana Industrial Pole.
