The Mining Indaba 2026 Conference kicked off on Monday, 9 February, in Cape Town, South Africa.
In this 32nd edition of the event, which runs under the motto: ‘Stronger together: progress through partnerships,’ Angola is represented by 13 companies, a joint participation called ‘Angola’s Mineral Potential.’
The Angolan delegation is headed by the Minister of Mineral Resources, Petroleum and Gas, Diamantino Azevedo.
Notable participants include companies such as ENDIAMA, SONANGOL, SODIAM, Sociedade Mineira de Catoca, Sociedade Mineira do Luele, among others.
Mining Indaba runs until 12 February.
