The Deputy General Manager of Sociedade Mineira do Uari, Luciano Mbakassy, said today (10) in Cape Town  that the company is attending the INDABA mining conference to mobilize investments in the technological area, as well as for the technical training of its human resources.

Luciano highlighted the importance of identifying ways to leverage modern methods to reduce production costs.

Sociedade Mineira do UARI, 51% owned by ENDIAMA E.P and 49% by Kassypal, is managed by ENDIAMA Mining, and operates in the municipality of Lucapa, located in Lunda-Norte.

SM Uari is one of the nine Angolan mining companies that integrate the concept “Angola’s diamond potential”.
