The Organizing Committee of the Angola International Diamond Conference is holding a press conference tomorrow, August 30, to launch the Angola International Diamond Conference – AIDC 2024, which will take place from October 23 to 24 this year, at the Saurimo Diamond Development Pole, in Lunda Sul province.

According to a press release from the AIDC-2024 Organizing Committee, this Friday’s press conference will take place in the Albina Assis auditorium of the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, in Luanda, starting at 9am, and will be chaired by the Secretary of State for Mineral Resources, Jânio Corrêa Victor, in his capacity as Coordinator of the aforementioned committee, accompanied by the chairmen of the boards of directors of ENDIAMA-E.P, Ganga Júnior, and SODIAM-E.P, Bravo da Rosa.

According to reports, several African entities, whose countries are diamond producers, leaders of national and international diamond companies are taking part in the Angola International Diamond Conference – AIDC 2024 as part of the Angolan government’s strategy for the diversification, integration and growth of its economy.
